Thrive West Central in partnership with Strat Stacker announces a new infill housing project in Terre Haute.
The partnership is seeking developers and home builders for an exciting new infill housing initiative that will bring 28 single-family homes to the Liberty Avenue Neighborhood.
This project is designed to:
• Expand the local housing stock
• Boost property values in the neighborhood
• Encourage private investment to drive further redevelopment
Working in partnership with local government, the partnership is also coordinating improvements to neighborhood amenities, infrastructure, and safety to ensure long-term community growth.
Planned homes will feature three bedrooms and two bathrooms and will be targeting homebuyers at 60% of Area Median Income (AMI) and above, consistent with findings from Thrive West Central’s Market Potential Analysis (view here: https://bit.ly/45kB79G).

Thrive West Central is now accepting proposals from general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers. All proposals must be submitted by 5 p.m. on February 5, 2026.
