The United States Senate unanimously passed a bipartisan resolution introduced by Senators Todd Young (R-Ind.), Mike Braun (R-Ind.), and John Boozman (R-Ark.) to establish October 7-12 as “National 4-H Week.”
4–H is the largest youth development organization in the United States, supporting nearly 6,000,000 young people nationwide. This resolution celebrates the important role 4-H plays in youth development.
“4-H offers incredible experiences and teaches real-world skills to our future ag leaders. I’m glad to support this resolution establishing National 4-H Week and recognizing the life-changing opportunities it offers to young Hoosiers,” said Senator Young.
