A Russiaville man was sentenced to 25 years in the Department of Corrections following a guilty plea to molesting a four-year-old girl.
Benjamin Newlon, 37, was arrested in April. The arrest involved a report of a suspect involved in criminal sexual conduct with a minor. Initial charges included three counts of child molestation – Level 1 felony.
