A Rochester woman was arrested recently after deputies discovered her topless on the side of U.S. 31.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Fulton County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the area of U.S. 31 and CR 450 N on May 16, for a report of a woman laying in a ditch with no shirt on. The caller had requested a welfare check on that individual.
When officers arrived on scene the discovered a woman standing on the side of U.S, 31 on a hilltop near a ditch with no shirt or bra, exposing her breasts toward the highway and oncoming traffic. As a deputy exited their vehicle, they recognized this person to be 35-year-old Breanna Antrim. The duty instructed Antrim to put her shirt back on and come down the hill toward the roadway.
Antrim eventually complied, telling officers that she was mentally ill, further stating she had "meth In her butt." The deputy asked what she meant by that and Antrim refused to repeat what she said. Deputies reported Antrim was acting eratic, but had denied being on any illegal drugs at the time of the incident.
When speaking with Antrim's boyfriend, who had been waiting near by at the scene, he explained the two had been traveling back from Miami, FL, when Antrim allegedly became agitated and began screaming at him to pull over and let her out near the area.
