Law enforcement agencies are asking for the public's help in tracking down a wanted man.
The Fulton County Sheriff's Office and U.S. Marshals Service are actively searching for 37-year-old Ricky A. Snelling Jr., of Rochester. He is wanted on several federal charges, officials said.
Additionally, Snelling has a pending criminal case in Fulton County for allegedly punching a dog multiple times in October 2024. He is charged with cruelty to an animal, a Class A misdemeanor, in that case.
Police say Snelling's last known location was in the Talma/Mentone area in northeast Fulton County, southwest Kosciusko County. Those who may know his whereabout are advised not to approach him and to call 911 immediately, as he should be considered armed and dangerous.
