The 5th annual Ride 4 Austin opens in Clayton on Saturday.
This weekend, the Ride 4 Austin will shine a light on a frightening problem while bringing togetherness for many who have been impacted by it.
Shyla Hughes says the event remembers her son while trying to prevent anyone else from having to endure suicide.
Anyone would understand if Shyla didn’t want to relive the tragic loss of her son, let alone with an event that involves the public. She says she hopes the ride helps people realize people are there for them.
