The U.S. Department of Homeland Security recently launched its Worst of the Worst website where residents can search for criminal illegal aliens removed from their areas, according to State Rep. Beau Baird (R-Greencastle).
According to the website, a number of criminal illegal aliens have been removed from Indiana, including Greencastle.
"Hoosiers deserve to know about the dangerous criminal illegal aliens in their communities," Baird said. "This new tool brings transparency and accountability, while ensuring families have access to information that keeps them aware and safe."
Earlier this year, Baird supported House Enrolled Act 1393, a new law to improve coordination between local law enforcement and federal immigration agencies. Baird joined colleagues in a meeting with national security experts Tom Homan and Chad Wolf for a briefing in October about ways the state can partner with the federal government to enforce our immigration laws.
