A multi-agency law enforcement operation on Friday, August 14th, resulted in the arrest of four individuals at a Plymouth residence, including a fugitive wanted on a Level 1 felony warrant for child molestation out of Starke County.

At approximately 4:00 p.m. Friday, Plymouth Police received information that Hunter Cole, 28, of Plymouth, was located at a residence at 12670 11B Road. Cole was confirmed to have an outstanding felony Level 1 warrant for child molestation issued out of Starke County.

Plymouth Police, assisted by K9 Kyzer, the Marshall County Drug Task Force, and the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, responded to the residence. As officers arrived, they observed a male later identified as 34-year-old Jhordan Cole of Plymouth exiting the home and attempting to hide an item. The item was later recovered and identified as suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Three subjects at the residence were taken into custody: Mary Morrow, 49, of Plymouth; Adam Risner, 43, of Plymouth; and Jhordan Cole of Plymouth.

K9 Kyzer assisted as verbal announcements were made for Hunter Cole to exit the residence. He complied with the commands and was taken into custody without incident before being turned over to the Starke County Sheriff's Department on the outstanding warrant.

Risner, Morrow, and Jhordan Cole were transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with felony assisting a criminal and felony maintaining a common nuisance. Jhordan Cole faces additional charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
