On Thursday, December 5, detectives with the Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested a Plymouth man on the alleged charges of possession of child pornography.
The Indiana State Police ICAC Task Force began investigating after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in October 2024. This investigation ultimately led to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office issuing a search warrant for a residence at 2403 Michigan Road Lot 27. Troopers served this warrant with the Indiana State Police Bremen Post, Indiana State Police ICAC investigators, and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
As a result of this investigation, Andrew Hamilton, 20, of Plymouth, was arrested for one count of Production of Child Pornography, Level 4 Felony, one count of Dissemination of Child Pornography, Level 4 Felony, one count of Possession of Child Pornography, Level 5 Felony, and one count of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, Level 5 Felony. Hamilton was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
