A traffic stop on March 25th resulted in the arrest of a Plymouth man for driving without a license.
At about 9:30 Tuesday morning, Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle at Jefferson and First Streets for an infraction. The driver, 27-year-old German Cruz Martinez, was found to have never received a license.
He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail, given an initial court hearing on April 29th, and held on a $250 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
