The City of Plymouth will hold its Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, followed by the Common Council meeting on Monday evening, beginning at 6 p.m. in the second-floor Council Chambers at City Hall.
The Board of Public Works will open with reports from city department heads. The city engineer will present a consulting agreement related to Oak Drive, and the building commissioner will conduct an evidentiary hearing on five lots in the Northgate Trailer Park. The board will also revisit the tabled reimbursement request from JLBS Construction — the Indianapolis developer working on the Briarwood Estates project on Hoham Drive — and will consider a new sidewalk request from Marilyn King.
The Plymouth Common Council convenes at 6:30 p.m. Members will take up second and third readings of an ordinance amending the fee schedule for the Plymouth Municipal Airport. The council will also consider approving donations and will receive an update on ONE Marshall County and the city's Comprehensive Plan. Time will be available for public comments on agenda items.
Both meetings are open to the public and will be streamed live on the City of Plymouth's YouTube channel.
