A pair of Indianapolis residents ended up in the Parke County Jail following a traffic stop Tuesday morning.
According to a police report, Brandy Adams, 53, Indianapolis, and Christopher Fights, 50, Indianapolis, are facing a series of drug related charges after a Parke County Sheriff Deputy conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of County Road 375 and U.S. Highway 36.
The deputy called for K9 officer Thor to arrive on the scene, and Thor gave a positive indication on the vehicle. Officers searched the car and found meth, syringes, marijuana extract, marijuana, paraphernalia and scales.
Fights, who was the driver of the vehicle, was arrested and charged with a Level 6 felony county of possession of meth, a Level 6 felony count of possession of a syringe and misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana.
Adams was booked on a possession of marijuana charge.
