Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to an unknown 911 call at 318 North Street.
At approximately 6:40 p.m. on Tuesday, city police responded to the North Street address for an unknown 911 call.
Officer Lovely started an investigation for a possible residential entry. During the investigation, it was discovered that the suspect, Denis Castro Montenegro, 43, of 320 North Street, had an active arrest warrant in Marshall County for failure to appear and outstanding costs. He was arrested on the warrant, with further charges to be filed through the Marshall County Superior Court.
