Plymouth Police Officers were notified by Marshall County Central Dispatch Center of an LPR (license plate recognition) hit on an individual wanted for an active arrest warrant on Thursday, October 3rd, just after noon.
Officer Witkowski located the vehicle on North Michigan Road, just north of Veterans Parkway, and initiated a traffic stop.
Jimmy R. Montague Jr., 56, of Debra Lane in Plymouth, was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked on a felony warrant for criminal mischief and communication intimidation, extortion/blackmail.
