Plymouth Police were dispatched to the Red Rock Inn on Sunday, June 23rd just before midnight for a person who was on the property and had been trespassed.
Arriving on the scene, officers spoke with the owner who advised the trespass order had been issued and signed by Katina Mattke. Officers then spoke with Mattke and could tell that she was heavily intoxicated. A preliminary breath test was given and provided a breath alcohol content of .338.
Katina Mattke was transported to the Marshall County Jail where suspected suboxone was in her backpack. Mattke was booked in for possession of a legend drug as a level 6 felony and public intoxication as a class B misdemeanor.
