The Marshall County Drug Task Force arrested two individuals Tuesday morning after executing a search warrant in the 17,000 block of Tomahawk Trail southwest of Plymouth.
Marshall County Drug Task Force, with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, Indiana State Police and the Fulton County Sheriff’s Department, executed the search warrant. Officers located suspected methamphetamine and evidence of dealing in methamphetamine at the residence. Officers also seized numerous firearms. Two juvenile children had been living in the home and the Indiana Department of Child Services is assisting in the investigation.
Paig Sickman, 33, of Plymouth is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 4 felony, neglect of a dependent as a level 5 felony, possession of methamphetamine as a level 6 felony, obstruction of justice as a level 6 felony and maintaining a common nuisance as a level 6 felony.

Anthony Kring, 33, of 17191 Tomahawk Trail in Plymouth is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a $50,000 cash bond for dealing in methamphetamine as a level 4 felony, neglect of a dependent as a level 5 felony, possession of methamphetamine as a level 6 felony and maintaining a common nuisance as a level 6 felony.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
