The complaint of loud music sent Plymouth Police to West Garro Street and a Plymouth man to jail.
On Saturday morning, May 11th, at 4:20 Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of 617 West Garro Street for a loud noise complaint. Officer Fase with the Plymouth Police Department located a vehicle that was occupied by a male later identified as 23-year-old Juan Cantero Jr of the 700 block of North Walnut Street in Plymouth.
Cantero was passed out behind the wheel with an open container while playing loud music. Upon the completion of Officer Fase's investigation, Cantero was found to be intoxicated and was taken into custody. He was lodged at the Marshall County Jail pending criminal charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Cantero's cash bond was paid at 2 p.m. on Saturday and he was released on bond.
