The Illinois State Police Thursday arrested 45 year old Susan Pennel of Vincennes on a charge of Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Drugs. She was taken to the Lawrence County Jail and released with a notice to appear in court. Bridgeport Police Thursday arretsed 29 year old Stephon Smith of Bridgeport on two counts of Battery. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing.
