Bridgeport Police Tuesday night took a local man into custody after fleeing from authorities.
44-year-old Derek Lynn of Bridgeport was charged with Driving Under the Influence (Alcohol), Illegal Transportation of Alcohol, Fleeing and Eluding Police, and Parking (No Parking Area). No other details surrounding the incident were given in the arrest report. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held there pending a detention hearing.
