Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to 1827 North Michigan Street, Taco Bell, for an intoxicated female Saturday, May 11th at about 7:30 p.m.
When city officers arrived on the scene, they located the female, later identified as Kristina Hostetler, 36, of State Road 17 in Plymouth. During the investigation, it was determined that H had driven Hostetler had driven her vehicle to Taco Bell.
Kristina Hostetler was then arrested for OWI above .15 and OWI with a prior conviction, transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for the charges of OWI above .15 and OWI prior conviction.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
