On Friday, February 10th, 2023, at approximately 1:30 in the afternoon, an officer with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department executed a traffic stop at State Road 17 and 12th Road for a moving violation.
The driver was identified as 34-year-old Graham Michael Richie of Knox. He was found to have a suspended driver's license. Richie was transported to the Marshall County Jail for charges related to Driving While Suspended with a Prior conviction.
