Fire destroyed a residence in Knox County Indiana Thursday morning. Units of the Vincennes, Vincennes Township and other agencies were mobilized to the location in the 2600 block of Lower Hart Street Road. The home was fully involved upon arrival and is being considered as a total loss. The occupants were able to escape safely. Their names were not immediately released. Local fire officials have called in the Indiana State Fire Marshalls Office to assist in the investigation of the cause.
