Parke County Deputies have been investigating a relationship between a 21 year old and a minor under 14-years-old.
Challenge Rossiter was arrested yesterday after an investigation took place in late March.
The Indiana Department of Child Services and Susie's Place helped with the investigation. Rossiter was arrested and is now in the Parke County Jail facing a level 1 felony charge for child molesting a person under 14 years of age.
