The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Chance M. Skaggs, 36, 510 Race St., Rochester, was arrested Tuesday on preliminary charges of domestic battery resulting in bodily injury to a pregnant woman and interfering in the reporting of a crime. He was taken into custody at the sheriff's office and held without bond.
• Robert R. Neff III, 50, unspecified Rochester address, was arrested Wednesday on a warrant issued out of Dearborn County. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at 18th and Jefferson streets to await extradition.
• Kevin A. Ruiz, 36, Mishawaka, was arrested Thursday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while suspended. He was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $150 cash bond.
• Ryan L. Williams, 35, 7097 S. 350 West, Kewanna, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of domestic battery and interfering in the reporting of a crime. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home and held without bond.
The termination of Clint Gard as the Rochester varsity wrestling head coach has brought community attention, as former students and parents demand answers. Gard was given the option of resigning or being fired from his position as head coach. He initially declined the option of resigning. An email was sent out earlier this week stating that the new varsity wrestling head coach would be Tristan Wilson, pending approval from the school board.

A Logansport woman was hospitalized after being shot in her home early Tuesday morning. Officers with the Logansport Police Department have arrested two men and one teenager in connection with the shooting.
