The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Tamia A. Haney, 20, South Bend, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging her with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving without a license. She was picked up at the St. Joseph County Jail and held on a $100 cash bond.
• Leanne Markley, 37, 314 Fulton Ave., Rochester, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of leaving the scene of a property damage crash and driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.15 percent or more. She was taken into by sheriff's deputies at home and later released on her own recognizance.
• Austin Hedrick, 18, Gary, was arrested Monday on preliminary charges of resisting law enforcement with a vehicle and reckless driving. He was taken into custoy by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and State Road 16 in Miami County and held on a $500 cash bond.
• Ryan K. Stout, 50, 2306 Meiser Drive, Rochester, was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. He was picked up at the Pulaski County Jail and held on a $250 cash bond.
The termination of Clint Gard as the Rochester varsity wrestling head coach has brought community attention, as former students and parents demand answers. Gard was given the option of resigning or being fired from his position as head coach. He initially declined the option of resigning. An email was sent out earlier this week stating that the new varsity wrestling head coach would be Tristan Wilson, pending approval from the school board.

A Logansport woman was hospitalized after being shot in her home early Tuesday morning. Officers with the Logansport Police Department have arrested two men and one teenager in connection with the shooting.
Sean M. Butler, 36, of Navarre, Fla., faces multiple charges after allegedly leading police on a high-speed chase that spanned three counties and came to an end at the Michigan state line.
