The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Juan A. Amaya-Villanueva, 43, Elkhart, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving after having been judged a habitual traffic violator. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and Southway 31 and held on a $7,500 surety or $1,000 cash bond.

• Ivis Omar Jordan Vasquez, 33, Indianapolis, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of driving without ever being licensed. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at U.S. 31 and State Road 110 and later released on his own recognizance.

• Frank C. Solberg, 54, Rochester, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of pretrial release on an original charge of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. He is held without bond after being picked up from the Starke County Jail.
