Good Samaritan Hospital (GSH) in Vincennes has announced the receipt of a three-year accreditation of its inpatient rehabilitation program.
CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) awarded the accreditation following an on-site review of the program focusing on patient care, outcomes and services rendered. CARF is an independent, non-profit group that evaluates hospital health and human services programs.
This is the eighth time that the medical facility has gotten the accreditation. Three years is the highest level that can be achieved.
