Governor Mike Braun has directed flags across the State of Indiana to be flown at half-staff in honor of former Vice President Dick Cheney.
Cheney died on Monday night at the age of 84.
Flags at state facilities should remain at half-staff until sunset on the day of Cheney's funeral. At the time of publication, a funeral date has not been set.
Governor Braun encourages Hoosiers to help honor Cheney's life and legacy by lowering flags to half-staff at homes and businesses across the state.
