On June 24th, Patrolman Thornton of the Plymouth Police Department observed a vehicle traveling west on U.S., going 81 MPH in a posted 50 MPH zone.
During the traffic stop Tuesday afternoon, the officer located THC cartridges inside the vehicle.
21-year-old Lanijah Hargrave of Fort Wayne was taken to the Marshall County jail and booked for possession of paraphernalia. He was released at 4:45 on a cash bond, about an hour and twenty minutes later, with a July court date.
