Officer Enyart with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the holding chamber of Marshall Superior Court II at 11 a.m. on Friday the 13th for a subject that had an active warrant out of Kosciusko County.
39-year-old Fernando DeSantos of Elkhart was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail to await transport to Kosciusko County where he will be lodged for his warrant.
