Beacon Industries has acquired Electro Prime Group’s industrial coatings facility in Rossford, Ohio.
Nine years ago, Beacon acquired a similar business in New Castle after it had gone out of business and now operates from that site and its home in Edinburgh.

“The acquisition of EPG’s coating operations dovetails very nicely with Beacon’s existing coating operations in Central Indiana,” says Chris Sparks, President of Beacon Industries. “Beacon has long wished to expand its geographic footprint into Northern Ohio, with its rich history in manufacturing. This acquisition seemed a perfect opportunity to merge with a team of highly respected professionals. The massive electrocoat and powder coat production capacity better positions Beacon to service a wide spectrum of manufacturing clients, with a renewed emphasis on the automotive market.”
Beacon was founded in 1993.
