A call for a possible intoxicated driver in the drive-thru at Culver's on the north end of Plymouth sent officers from the city to investigate.
Wednesday evening at approximately 9:15, Plymouth police responded to the Culver's on North Michigan Street and located the suspect in his vehicle stopped in the drive-thru line.
The driver was identified as 63-year-old James Johnson of West 9th Road in Plymouth. During the officer's investigation, Johnson was found to be intoxicated. A chemical test showed his blood alcohol level was found to be .351, more than four times the legal limit.
James Johnson was lodged at the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of OWI with a blood alcohol content of over. 15, A misdemeanor. His cash bond was set at $1,500.
