Sgt. Taberski with the Plymouth Police Department observed a vehicle in the Center and Adams Streets area that matched the description of one being driven by a subject with an active arrest warrant through Marshall County.
The officer’s report states that the vehicle continued westbound on Adams Street. The officer pulled in behind it and observed that the plate matched the suspect's vehicle. A traffic stop was initiated in the 700 block of West Jefferson Street at 12:20 on Wednesday morning, January 15th.
The suspect, 43-year-old Benjamine E. Creighbaum of Fifth Street in Plymouth, was driving the vehicle. He was taken into custody on an active warrant through Marshall County for invasion of privacy. He was then transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,000 cash bond.
