The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received a call around 5:15 p.m. on Friday, May 2nd, reporting two individuals breaking into a house in the 10,000 block of Union Road.
The individuals were caught removing items from a house after entering through a door. They were identified as 46-year-old Eric Miller and 27-year-old Josie Allen, both from the 19,000 block of Lincoln Highway in Plymouth.

Officers from the Marshall County Sheriff's Department arrested the two and transported them to the Marshall County Jail, where they were booked for residential entry as a level 6 felony. Each was given a $1,500 cash bond and an initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court #3.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings, entitled to be represented by counsel, and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
