A Kewanna woman is in the Marshall County Jail after a County Police Officer observed the vehicle parked in the roadway on 15B Road near State Road 17.
At about 7:50 Monday night, a Marshall County Deputy was on routine patrol when he saw the vehicle stopped on the roadway.
When the Deputy turned around to check on the vehicle, it had already begun to drive down the road. The deputy observed the vehicle leaving the roadway and driving into the grass.
A traffic stop was initiated, and after an investigation, the driver, 47-year-old Raymi Lutz of Kewanna, was taken into custody for operating while intoxicated and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
