A 44-year-old Plymouth man was arrested late Saturday night after Marshall County deputies discovered he had entered a residence where an active protection order was in place against him.
At approximately 10:52 p.m. on Saturday, May 31st, Marshall County Sheriff's Department deputies were dispatched to a residence in response to a report of an unwanted guest. Upon arrival and while speaking with residents at the property, deputies determined that an active protection order existed between Jeffery J. Oswalt, 44, of the Hawthorne Road Trailer park and two of the individuals living at the residence.
Oswalt was arrested and charged with Invasion of Privacy. A cash bond of $500 was set.
All individuals charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
