Plymouth Police Officer observed a white Buick traveling eastbound on U.S. 30 at 80 mph at 3:35 a.m. on Sunday, February 9th.
Police Officer Witkowski initiated a traffic stop near North Oak Drive. The 32-year-old Jolvin Alvarado-Vargas of Warsaw was found to be operating the vehicle without ever obtaining a valid driver's license.
Alvarado-Vargas was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in at 4:50 a.m. His cash bond was paid shortly after and he was released at 5:12 a.m.
