Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Jefferson Street early Sunday morning, February 12th for a verbal domestic between a male and female.
The caller told Central Dispatch that one person had left in a dark-colored Honda passenger car and the other person left in a Ford truck.
Officer Enyart located both vehicles traveling northbound on Michigan Street at the intersection with Plymouth-Goshen Trail. He observed the Honda passenger car following too closely to the truck and making unsafe lane movements.
A traffic stop was initiated at Michigan Street and Airport Road on the passenger car. During the investigation, 22-year-old Raina Whitfield of Rochester was found to have been operating the vehicle at more than twice the legal limit. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated Endangering and Operating While Intoxicated with a BAC of .15% or more and held on a $1,500 cash bond. Raina Whitfield was released at about 2:30 Tuesday morning with No Judicial Review.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
