Two of four suspects in a theft case from 2505 North Oak Drive, the Plymouth Walmart were arrested on Thursday.
Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to Walmart for the report of a theft in progress at about 6:30 Thursday, August 22nd. Arriving a short time later they took two of four suspects into custody.
During an investigation it was determined that a theft had occurred, and officers recovered over $700 in stolen merchandise. Police also observed a large amount of Marijuana in the suspect vehicle in plain view.
The suspects were transported to the Marshall County Jail. 20-year-old De’Arion Bobbitt from South Bend was booked for theft with a prior conviction, minor in possession of alcohol, possession of Marijuana and resisting law enforcement.

Nicole Adame, 22, of Warsaw was booked for theft and possession of Marijuana.

Bobbitt was issued a $1,500 cash bond and Adame was issued a $500 cash bond.
Officers are still attempting to locate the other two suspects.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
