City officer arrests two from Ft. Wayne for driving while suspended with priors

Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department arrested two individuals on Friday, April 4^th, for driving while suspended.

At about 8:15 in the morning, a vehicle being driven by 54-year-old Patti Churchill of Fort Wayne was stopped for a traffic infraction at U.S. 30 and Michigan Street. She was found to have a license status of suspended prior.

At about 12:30 Friday, Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle being driven by 32-year-old Anthony McKinney of Fort Wayne for a traffic infraction. McKinney was found to have a license status of suspended prior.

Both individuals were transported to the Marshall County Jail, booked for driving while suspended with a prior, given a May 6^th court date, and $500 cash bonds.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
