Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to the area of Plum and North Streets on Tuesday morning at about 9:30 for a male in a vehicle with an unknown problem.
Quinton Washington, 29, of Plymouth, was the driver of the vehicle and was found to be intoxicated.
He was taken into custody and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond.
