Members of the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety will discuss the contract with Gene Mann from TGB Unlimited, the company working on the water main improvement project along with updates with various city department heads.
The Board of Works will consider a resolution to establish the date and time for Halloween Trick-or-Treat, hear a request for a flashing pedestrian sign by Ward Byers the Plymouth Community School Corporation Director of Safety and Security, and a request from the Plymouth Fire Department for a street closure.
The Common Council will conduct a public hearing on the Tax Abatement request of Bomarko and consider the resolution confirming their property on Oak Drive to be in an Economic Revitalization Area. Also on the agenda is the second and third reading of the ordinance for the appropriations and tax rates for 2025 along with proposed job descriptions.
Bob Richards is seeking a Commercial Revitalization Rebate Program Grant for a roof replacement project at the Pointe and City Attorney Jeff Houin will give an update on ONE Marshall County and the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
