The following people were recently booked at the Fulton County Jail:
• Joseph D. Reese, 28, South Bend, was arrested Friday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years old, driving while intoxicated causing endangerment, neglect of a dependent, driving without ever obtaining a license, reckless driving and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 375 North and held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Jose F.D. Dattoli, 39, 2797 E. 1300 North, Macy, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated causing endangerment and driving without ever obtaining a license. He was taken into custody by state police at State Road 14 and Bancroft Avenue and later released on his own recognizance.
• Abraham L. Reyes, 38, no address available, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of public intoxication and resisting law enforcement. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies, with Taser deployment, during a traffic stop at State Road 14 and Barrett Road. He is held without bond.
• Noah B. Wootten, 23, 4203 E. 300 South, Rochester, was arrested Saturday on preliminary charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and resisting law enforcement. He was taken into custody by city police after the report of a fight in the parking lot behind Putt's Bar & Grill, 128 E. Eighth St. He is held without bond.
• Londyn Baker, 18, South Bend, was arrested Sunday on a warrant issued out of St. Joseph County. She was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and County Road 450 North.
• Law R. Htoo, 19, Kentwood, Mich., was arrested Sunday on preliminary charges of unlawful carrying of a handgun and possession of marijuana. He was taken into custody by state police at U.S. 31 and Olson Road and later released on his own recognizance.
• Dewayne J. Steele, 36, 9752 Canal Drive, Rochester, was arrested Sunday on a preliminary charge of criminal recklessness with a firearm. He was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies at home following the report of a fight, in which he was allegedly intoxicated while throwing items, threatening neighbors and screaming at a woman and passersby. He was held on a $2,500 surety or $500 cash bond.
• Mariah F. Balding, 42, Hammond, was arrested Monday on a preliminary charge of criminal trespass. She was taken into custody by sheriff's deputies following the report of an attempted auto theft at 7535 E. 600 North. She was later released on her own recognizance.

Ordinance related
• On Friday morning, city police left warning notices for: a vehicle at 1720 Idlewild Drive; an unlicensed vehicle and junk at 213 W. Eighth St.; junk, a toilet and fencing at 1014 Elm St.; junk at 1006 Elm St.; junk at 412 W. Eighth St.; unlicensed vehicles at 430 W. Ninth St.; trash and lawnmowers at 810 Jefferson St.; and an unlicensed vehicle and junk at 1221 College Ave.
Leaving the scene
• At 2:14 p.m. Friday, police received a report that someone in a gray Chevrolet Malibu drove away after hitting a vehicle driven by Wendy Pfeiffer, 54, of Rochester, on East 18th Street.
Theft
• At 2:38 p.m. Friday, police received a report that two men stole $500 worth of allergy medication from Walgreens, 906 Main St.
Wrecks
• At 3:38 p.m. Friday, police received a report that a truck flipped over in a crash near 9750 S. State Road 25. The crash was handled by state police.
• At 11:42 p.m. Friday, police received a report that a vehicle hit a utility pole in the area of Old U.S. 31 and County Road 425 North.
• A vehicle driven by Charles Feldman, 85, of Rochester, rolled over in a crash around 4 p.m. Saturday near 3304 N. State Road 25.
• A vehicle driven by Isabella Howdeshell, 17, of Rochester, wrecked around 11:30 p.m. Saturday at State Road 25 and County Road 250 South. She and two other juvenile passengers were reportedly uninjured in the crash.
• At 11:02 a.m. Sunday, an Akron woman reported that her son was in a golf cart crash earlier that morning in the 300 block of North Virgil Street.
• Shortly before 8 a.m. Monday, police received a report that drivers of a Jeep Wrangler and GMC Yukon collided at Rochester High School.
Trespass request
• Shortly before 8 p.m. Friday, a woman staying at Rochester Motel, 2147 Southway 31, requested a man be issued a no trespassing warning after kicking her door in on two occasions.
Harassment
• Police records indicate that juveniles were harassed by a male and his younger brothers while walking in the 1000 block of Franklin Street at approximately 9:20 p.m. Friday. They were subsequently escorted home.
Fire call
• At 4:17 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a fire was started by juveniles setting off fireworks near the Smoke Shop, 811 E. Ninth St. The owner of the business additionally reported that he was threatened.
Fight
• At 3:33 p.m. Sunday, a woman residing in the 1200 block West Ninth Street reported that her brother-in-law threw bleach in her eyes and requested he be removed. Police records indicate that other parties involved had different accounts of what took place.
Cited
• A driver was cited with speeding 95 mph in a 60 mph zone during a traffic stop around 10:30 p.m. Sunday at U.S. 31 and County Road 600 North.
Juvenile incident
• At 4:42 p.m. Friday, a woman residing in the 1000 block of Jefferson Street reported that her 11-year-old son was being violent toward her, pulling her hair, scratching and hitting her. Juvenile probation was engaged, with the boy later released back to his parents.
Animal incident
• Shortly before 8 p.m. Friday, a man reported having two dogs in his car that he located along U.S. 31. The dogs were then secured at the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center. Photos later found on social media appeared to negate the man's original claim, as the dogs were reportedly pictured with he and his wife. Suspected of lying about not owning the dogs, the couple was to be advised by animal control to retrieve the dogs from the animal shelter and not make false reports. Police records indicate they insisted that the dogs were not theirs. Investigation is ongoing.
Suspicious
• At 10:07 p.m. Friday, a woman reported that an AirTag pinged in her car. She was reportedly unaware of it and asked for a deputy to help her locate it.
Mischief
• At 1:46 p.m. Saturday, police received a report that a vehicle was "keyed," or intentionally scratched at Jonesy's Junction, 906 E. Rochester St., Akron.
Fire call
• At 5:13 p.m. Saturday, firefighters were dispatched to a fire with heavy black smoke at 11602 W. 800 North, Culver. Crews were on scene until approximately 7:40 p.m.
